Oh believe me, I'm not going to try. Already one of the first responses is "y'all must wanna eat coochie".

Like I said, it's a radical notion...most people aren't capable of even contemplating the possibility.
I like the idea eventhough I want a long term relationship I think all women could learn a thing or too from women who don't.

I need to see the receipts of the idiots that keep doing these studies. I have went to sooooo many black weddings last year and this year. With two black people getting married. Yes, a black man and a black woman. I don't understand how people can keep saying black love is on the decline. I need some hardcore concrete facts that negate what I am seeing with my own eyes.

I think being a woman period and not longing for marriage and children is seen as weird. Not sure how ppl confuse not wanting kids or marriage = not loving a good plowing via a might peen.

Just to chat? or...?

To provide support. Single black women who intend to "find a man" can find support in a lot venues like church, etc.

But women who don't want that are kind of...left out of the conversation. And when they aren't left out of the conversation they're told that they are less than a woman, reacting to past trauma, in denial, etc. etc.

It would be great to have a community where this choice is already accepted as valid.

I also think it would be great to live in a household/commune of women like this because then you have the financial support. Truthfully, there are financial advantages to being coupled up. But living as a group can provide some of those same financial advantages.

Some people are not meant to be married or procreate and that has nothing to do with being gay, it just is what it is.

I think I might fall into that category, maysay. While I wouldn't mind a long term relationship with a wonderful man, I'm honestly not actively seeking it. Its weird. I love myself so much that I wonder if anyone would be able to love me as much as I deserve.

And I don't have time for bullsh*t. I can do bad GREAT by myself and as a matter of fact, I do. It aint no biggie for me.
